1. 7 to 12 years of experience. Played Java PM or Architect role.
2. Should have experience in design and development of Java based projects. 
3. Should have versatile exposure to java design patterns and frameworks
4. Should have technical skills to direct, guide and mentor the team in problem solving and troubleshooting issues.
5. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
6. Should have experience managing the team and customers
7. Should have versatile exposure to SDLC and various software development methodologies
8. Should have experience on project management skills like estimation, planning, scheduling and tracking.
9. Should have experience in metrics driven project management and cost management
10. Preferred having experience working on proposals.
